Good

location is perfect. walking distance to the Pope and Jollibee. Receptionists can be called anytime. Room is being cleaned daily.

am from from old school. Too much technicalities and codes to remember before check in. Air conditioning either too hot or too cold. No Duvet.

A solid accomodation option for Rome

The location was great (near the Vatican), having access to free coffee was nice, and the separate toilet and showers was helpful for a couple. The air conditioner was also a real hero!

The air conditioning unit did not work great in our room at first, but staff fixed the problem remotely, so this was only problematic for our first night. The linens were also a bit stained and dirty.

Great place close to the Vatican and metro

Great position right over metro station and 5 minutes walking to St Peter's Square. Nice air conditioning in the room really came in handy with the heat in July. Check-in process was automated and the room was ready even before our arrival time.

Many codes to remember (main gate, main door to the accommodation, code to the room), but that was not a big deal.

Basic,VERY compact. but served my needs to sleep and have a shower. I did find the bed comfortable The room was basically clean, but a bit dusty Espresso machine Close to the Metro A

Getting access to the room was very complex. There were 5 different codes required just to access the building, main entry and the room. The hairdyer plug didnt fit into the wall socket. No fridge of any kind to keep food in, either in the room, or the communal area Zero staff onsite.

it was ok, modern , clean and comfortable mattresses and pillows we enjoyed being there.

location is excellent

when you use the code to open the door for your room, it might take some time to open so we had banging of the doors from other clients staying in the same floor and sometimes it was very late

Better then I had expected.

Although not large the layout was good. Everything in the room (but the safe) worked well. Air conditioning was in good working order. had a nice modern feel.

Coffee and water are in the hallway. Could not get coffee maker to work.

great location - just 1 min from metro station. The room was clean, (not spacious, but OK for 2 people/3 days). There was free water and coffee in the common space for everyone.

Very convenient for a lonely introvert! Good location, clean room and nice wallpaper

Very convenient for a short term stay, if you feel comfortable without receptionist and doing everything on your own with no one bothering. Location is good, very close to a metro station. Nice places for breakfast close by. 20min walk to the Pantheon, but very close to Vatican. The view from the room is on another building which is pretty close, so make sure you like to window-watch, or be watched :D The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and spaceous.

no fridge in the room. if your lugagge is slightly bigger than average it will not fit in the storage (when you check out from the room) and the manager will suggest you leave your luggage in a common bathroom. the shower is see-through, so if you are traveling with a colleague or with a friend that you aren't too close with it can be a little uncomfortable.

The location was good and the room was clean. There was an advanced self checkin/out which is great if you’re arriving late at night.

In order to get water, coffee or tea you had to go to the hallway.

ventilation is working? guideline is god explanation? because other room has big problem out of my door to get in. not convenient without physical help desk. very small room. bathroom and toilet divided. under this consideration, decide with the price.

Great Location and Amazing stay in Rome.

- Great location - easy to locate and enter as long as you follow the guide. - Great places to eat within minutes. - Room was a good standard and size for the purpose of being out for the day and coming back to prepare for the evening. - Overall a really good stay and a great option for more of a budgeted Hotel.

- The room wasn’t spotless when we entered but just some dust around. - only one pillow each which we thought could have been better if we had Two. - some Noise from the street but not enough to keep you up at night. - Window blinds are difficult to use
